World Tour Stop: INDIA!!!
Are you bored of this series yet? Too bad if you are cause I am totally not. HA, I win! OK so next stop on the bucket tour is India. I am obviously totally inspired by far off lands. India produces some of the MOST beautiful textiles I have ever seen. Oh yeah, and the furniture and architecture ain't to shabby either. Although it's a very poor country filled with poverty and despair, I still would love to go run around the spice markets and eat a veggie korma and a peshwari naan. So because I know you all agree that India has to be on your bucket list too, let's share some little pretties shall we?

World Tour Stop:Greece
Funny story everyone... So #2 on my bucket list is Greece. I just got a call from my Dad and I am not shitting you I say "Hey Daddy you wanna go get dinner this week" the Padre says "Oh I wont be here I am going to Greece" I say "Oh cool, but I was asking if you want to go to dinner on Wednesday?" assuming my father would have given me at least a months notice to relish in my jealousy. Pappy responds" Yeah, I just said I am going to Greece"..."Wait on Wednesday?"...."Yep, Wednesday till the 20 somethin of June, 3 weeks."
WTF I wanna go to Greece. Does my Dad not know it's number TWO on the Bucket List? Does he not understand that I would sell an ovary to get my family to Crete? OK OK OK....I wish the story ended by him saying "well whatdya know I have decided to try out for Father of the Year in 2011 and I am taking You, The Duck, G, The Nanny, Penny the hound, Stella the gato, and shit-head the mortgage all to Greece for an all expenses paid vacation trip of a lifetime." NOPE that's not what happened. And just to add insult to soul injury, as I am proof reading this out loud to the Duck he mumbles all Britishy "I have been to Greece" FANTASTIC YOUR A SHITHEAD TOO. Oh And !OPA! to you Pappy.
Cut to reality and I have no plans for a Grecian getaway anytime soon. I am left to lust over pictures of white buildings set on crystal blue sky's and the Mediterranean sea lapping itself on white sand beaches.

World Tour Week Bucket List
Since I am hog tied to my 2 year old, a mortgage, and a boomin design business, World travellin is not in my cards for a while. Trust me I have done my fair share of globe trottin back pre-monkey, but there is soooooo many places I have left to go.
So where we going tomorrow? Stay tuned.........
My bucket List is filled with places I wanna go on adventures to. This week I am gonna run them down..My top 5 world tour destinations. Lets make this fun lovers, and tell me your 5 places on your own bucket list.
First Stop Morocco!
I just wanna party down with some crazy cous-cous and a sexy souk or two. Plus I can wear Kaftan's 24 hours a day without any snide looks. I am most definitely gonna run into a couple of camel tassels which would alone make the trip worth while.
Mainly though I would soak all the architecture and culture in and just study it. It's stunning and all around the details of Moorish style is bonkers pretty much!
This is the Peacock Pavilions. It is just an example of a plush and amazing hotel located in Marakesh. I would loaf around here for as long as possible.

Ok this post is a bit off schedule but honestly it deserves an entire weekend for you all to obsess over.
This talented ladybird needs zero introduction. She has one of the most popular and recognizable blogs in blog land, she has a crazy cool store, and she's a damn gifted interior designer. We were fast "blog buddies" and I am so glad cause she is WICKED COOL!
I just got these puppies in my inbox and I couldn't believe it. No words, just these photos and I am totally OK with that. Thanks Jamie!

Best DIY's of the century!
I fancy myself a rookie DIY'er so I marvel at the projects some people can accomplish with a bit o' elbow grease and a head on their shoulders. I get all a fluster like a cheerleader eyeballing "Johnny quarterback" when I come across a rockin display of DIY. My wheels start turning and I have dreams about accomplishing such splendiferous fabulousness. Alas I have a really tight schedule and it seems to be getting crazier by the day so my time slot for DIY has dwindled. I am left to drool and that's a bummer but I am cool with it.

Anyways here are a couple of my current faves.
this is AMAZING and WOWZA....that is the only words I could muster.

How about this super cool ottoman? I would choose a different fabric for myself but I really love the look.

How cool is Sally England Macrame? It's art to say the least. It would look stunning as a full wall room divider..don't you fink. She also applied it as a headboard which I thought was radical. Go check it out here
