So We are trying to finalize lighting in my SUPER awesome clients house, and I have to say it's proving to be a tough choice to make...
They have a cute little banquette nook that needs a pendant.
I have narrowed it down however I am curious to hear your humble opinions......
Option 1

Well, I am partial to the VC light since I have them in my home. It is pure awesomeness to say the least and they always get rave reviews from everyone that sees them. So #1 is my pick!
ReplyDeleteThey both rock my socks, but I have to go with #1. I'm a total sucker for the gold lining. In fact, just used it on a big fatty brass lamp, myself.

Love your style!
They're both pretty bad ass, but my vote's for #2. The first option on #2.
ReplyDeleteI like option 1 but then I am in a brass/gold phase personally.....
ReplyDeleteI have long loved that first dining room so I'm biased, but I love the gold lining of the first one too much to be swayed by the second :)
ReplyDeleteMy vote is for #1, LOVE those fixtures!
ReplyDeleteNumber one for sure! I always am drawn more to industrial lighting and I love the fun gold inside!
ReplyDeleteWe may be a little biased, but our vote is for our Goodman Pendant, of course! The classic lines are something your client will love for a very long time.
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for the mention!
I'm a huge fan of the goodman pendant--just put a pair in a client's kitchen. That said, hard to know my fave without the context in the room.
ReplyDeleteEither way,I think you're lookin good!
I'm so nutballs over #1 that I've just mentally redone my kitchen and literally shifted around my bank account. Weee!
ReplyDeleteDefinitely # 1
ReplyDeleteno doubt, #1
ReplyDeleteoption 1 fo sho
ReplyDeleteDoor number one please. Both are cute but option two seems like it would be more difficult to dust.
ReplyDelete#1 for sure for me ... the shape & gold. good stuff :0)
ReplyDeleteNo. 2 in the drum shape. Great texture but neutral color - very cool!
ReplyDeleteI'm all for a fixture that makes a big statement, but nothing about these fixtures screams "nook" to me. How big of a nook are we talking about?
ReplyDelete1, 1 and 1!!
ReplyDelete#1.
ReplyDelete#2 = dust catcher. yuck
I love both options, but I think #1 is my fave. But, if you're wanting to add some texture to the nook, #2's a good choice too... you can't really go wrong - both options are pretty killer!
ReplyDeleteAlso, I think this is my first time commenting, but I really love your blog - not only do you post some really inspiring stuff, but you make me laugh my ass off while doing it :) Thanks!
I'm gonna have to go with number one as well! Can't go wrong!
ReplyDeleteI'd have to say I also am a sucker for the gold lining! It reminds me of the giant over sized chandeliers at the Mondrian Hotel in South Beach!! Love your site!!
ReplyDeleteI am partial to #1 as I like the look better and think it will be easier to keep the dust off, but it would depend on what look you are going for in the nook. #2 is much more casual/natural and may work better with the rest of the design.
ReplyDeleteLove love love 1!!!!!! Sleek, sophisticated, and pretty awesome.
ReplyDeleteboth are viable and both have a similar feel. boho casual, boho modern.
ReplyDeleteI adore the first one. It's beautiful in person and the gold is a fun, modern pop!
ReplyDeleteThe first by a long shot
ReplyDeleteBoth are cool. Second one seems DIYable.
ReplyDeleteMy vote is for #1...It's glamour perfection!...Drool!!
ReplyDeletedef #1. The others look cheap, though I'm sure they're not.
ReplyDeleteI vote for #1!!
ReplyDeletenumber 1...definitely!
