Kiss the ones you love




I am just asking simply that you Lovers keep my "Papa"{my grandfather} in your positive thoughts and prayers. He is one of the most amazing people I have ever met in my life and by far the smartest and interesting man I have ever known.  I don't feel the need to go into detail what he is going through other than that he has been diagnosed with Cancer and lots will change.

Life is fleeting and fragile and unfair....but we keep on walking.

  2. cancer is such an ugly disease that effects so many families, including my own. i hope and pray everyday that it goes away and never comes back.

  12. I am a lurker/fan of your blog and just wanted to let you know your dad will be in my thoughts and prayers. My mom went through some rough health times in the spring and the strength I pulled from everyone I knew (and the kindness of strangers ) really helped our whole family. {{Hugs}} Michelle in N. Cal

My family experienced the harrowing effect of this devastating disease on my Dad last year and through prayers and a miracle he's still with us and, touch wood, will be for awhile yet. I learnt never to take anything for granted and to believe that there's always hope. Wishing you grace to deal with your Papas outcome and him the tenacity to pull through,

  29. F*ck that cancer! It has invaded way to many people. Someone needs to stop it. Hope he beats that cancer. Our papaw has it too but unfortunately is not going to fight it.
